Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane assignments and sales. This part-time role involves operating the POS system and helping guests with basic bowling inquiries.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or hospitality experience, strong phone etiquette, and a customer-focused mindset. Evening and weekend shifts are available in a lively entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or experience in restaurant/hospitality
• Excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication
• Friendly, confident, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and events.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests.
