Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage the front desk at one of our entertainment locations. You will assist guests, manage the waitlist, track lane availability, and handle basic sales at the counter.

The role requires excellent telephone etiquette, friendly attitude, and the ability to work evenings or weekends. Must be 18+ and able to handle cash procedures and basic bowling guidance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person and on the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and seating assignments.
• Assist with lane and equipment setup and readiness for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Operate the POS system and front desk controls.
