Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is looking for a friendly Greeter/Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage day-to-day operations at one location. The role involves handling the waitlist, guiding guests to lanes, and assisting with basic bowling instruction while maintaining POS and cash procedures.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
Proven success in school/previous job experience.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
Manage the waitlist.
Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
Prepare for leagues.
Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
