Lucky Strike Entertainment in Maryland is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists, and ring sales at the counter. You will operate POS, log issues, and assist with basic bowling instructions in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.
• Provide basic bowling instruction.
• Log pinspotter/pinsetter issues and notify mechanics.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash-control procedures.
• Prepare for leagues.
