Qualifications

• Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.
• Prior restaurant experience is not necessary but preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Push, pull up, or lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Provide guests with accurate wait times and manage waitlists.
• Seat guests and provide menus, assisting servers with initial drink orders.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and restock paper goods.
• Handle phone inquiries and assist with to-go orders.
