KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is seeking a personable Host to welcome guests, manage waitlists, and assist servers during peak hours. You will be the first and last impression, ensuring a smooth dining experience with a friendly, energetic attitude.

Preferred candidates enjoy interacting with guests, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and can maintain high standards of service while supporting team operations from opening to closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Provide wait times and manage waitlists.
• Seat guests and assist with initial drink orders.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu and brand.
• Provide information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Observe table turnover and maintain front-of-house cleanliness.
• Thank guests and invite return visits.
