• Strong communication and customer-service focus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Provide guests with accurate wait times and manage waitlists.
• Seat guests, provide menus and assist with initial drink orders.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Inform management of large parties, special requests, or guest concerns.
• Answer phones professionally and courteously, handle to-go inquiries.
