Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and manage arrival flow.
Provide accurate wait times and manage waitlists.
Seat guests and assist servers with initial drink orders.
Answer questions about the menu, brand, pricing, and policies.
Help with side work and opening/closing tasks.
Monitor table turnover and cleanliness of front-of-house.
Maintain a clean and organized host station.
Thank guests and invite them to return.
Inform management of large parties or guest concerns.
Answer phones professionally and direct to team members.
Handle to-go inquiries and route to appropriate staff.
Keep business cards and menus stocked and ready.
Monitor restrooms and report issues.
Maintain a positive, energetic hospitality-focused attitude.
Additional duties as assigned.
