P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring host/hostesses to deliver an excellent hospitality experience and manage the flow of the restaurant. You will provide a positive first and last impression, and quote accurate wait times when needed.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role emphasizes customer service, effective communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Competitive pay and flexible schedules accompany opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)
• Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift
