Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 18+ for FOH positions.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and thank them as they leave.
• Open doors and create a friendly first impression.
• Escort guests to their table and set expectations for their experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy.
• Communicate wait times clearly during peak volume.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entryway.
• Buss and reset tables as needed to maintain flow and cleanliness.
• Partner with Front of House to ensure smooth service.
