Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Host at our Kissimmee resort to warmly welcome guests, seat parties, and assist servers. You will manage waitlists and coordinate with management to handle guest flow and special requests, while ensuring a positive first and last impression with warm greetings and fond farewells.

The role requires excellent guest relations, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Superior guest relations skills.
• Professional English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Strong phone etiquette for to-go orders.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and seat them, then bid farewell.
• Manage waitlist and coordinate seating with kitchen and servers.
• Accommodate large groups and guests with special needs or allergies.
• Inspect arrival area, doors, windows, menus, and seating materials.
• Multitask efficiently in a high-volume dining room environment.
