PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF ARIZ is hiring at Scottsdale Fairmont Princess for an entry-level Cashier position. The role is full-time/part-time in a fast-paced dining setting, focusing on greeting guests, handling payments, and supporting service staff.

Responsibilities include seating guests, answering phones, managing the POS, processing takeout orders, and maintaining a clean workstation. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required; punctuality and friendly communication are

Formación

• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports and carries objects up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, debris, booths.
• Must be able to stand and move for periods up to four hours.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen to guests and employees.
• Prior experience in host/guest service roles desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm welcome to incoming Guests while ensuring timely seating
• Make genuine connections and engage Guests to ensure a personalized dining experience
• Follow proper phone etiquette when answering the phones
• Bus tables and deliver food to Guests, and maintain a clean cashier area
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning as assigned.
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Accommodates special needs of guests (boosters, highchairs, disabilities)
• Take payments and manage cash drawer
• Apply menu knowledge to make knowledgeable suggestions to Guests
• Enter orders into POS, bag and manage takeout orders
• Thank Guests as they leave, soliciting feedback about service and dining experience
