Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a dedicated Part-time Server Assistant to support our Food & Beverage team and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will partner with servers, maintain station cleanliness, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in food and beverage, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous one year or more of experience in food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to guests and beverage colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, procedures, and standards.
• Assist servers and set tables with accuracy and care.
• Keep stations stocked and organized throughout service.
• Clear tables and help with bussing to ensure smooth service.
