Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas seeks a Food & Beverage Hostess/Cashier to greet guests, manage seating, and handle monetary transactions with courtesy and efficiency.

The role supports food servers and kitchen staff, ensures accurate cash handling at the POS, and maintains a clean, stocked outlet while delivering high-quality guest service that reflects the Palms brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar service environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS accurately.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers and guests with contact and table information.
• Greet guests promptly and guide seating.
• Convey orders and special requests to management.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, seating and dress code.
• Operate POS system and handle money/credit transactions.
• Answer phones and facilitate guest requests.
• Ensure menus are updated and in good condition.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen/management and assist as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Notify manager on duty of guest concerns.
