Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States seeks a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, handle the waitlist, sell lanes, and guide players through our arcade and bowling experiences. This part-time role offers evening and weekend shifts in a vibrant entertainment venue.

Required: HS Diploma (or equivalent), excellent telephone etiquette, and the ability to work with cash and POS systems.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
