Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, track lane availability, and assist with shoe and equipment handling. Responsibilities include ringing sales at the counter, following cash-control procedures, preparing for leagues, notifying mechanics of malfunctions, and providing basic bowling instruction.

You will operate the POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system
