Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to greet guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with daily operation at our Houston venue. The role includes handling sales at the counter, operating POS systems, and providing basic bowling instruction to guests.

Part-time evening and weekend shifts are available. Candidates should be friendly, with strong phone etiquette and able to meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent or restaurant/hospitality experience is preferred
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest handling
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist and assign lanes/equipment as needed
• Ring sales at the counter and handle cash following procedures
• Operate the POS system and central panel
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests and assist with league preparations
