Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Houston, TX is seeking a friendly Part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales at the counter, and help with basic bowling instructions.

You will operate the POS system, assist with lane assignments, and support mechanics by reporting issues. Must be at least 18 and able to work evening or night shifts, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (optional).
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Must be at least 18 to qualify to serve alcohol (state law).

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
