Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a cheerful Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for part-time, evening and weekend shifts. You will welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and help prepare for leagues while driving a smooth guest flow.

You’ll ring sales, handle cash with care, and assist guests with basic bowling instruction as you operate the POS system and related equipment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven success in school or previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability for lanes.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter.
• Follow cash control procedures and operate POS system.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate central panel, computers and PA system.
