Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant at one of our New Jersey locations. You will be the first friendly face for guests, handling greeting duties, waitlist management, and basic sales at the counter.

The role requires excellent telephone etiquette, a HS diploma or hospitality experience, and the ability to work evening and weekend shifts. Perks include free bowling and staff discounts in a lively entertainment setting.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage waitlist and assist with lane assignments.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.
