Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant at one location in New Jersey. You will welcome guests, manage waitlists, assist with lane and shoe assignments, and handle sales at the counter.

The role includes basic bowling instruction and operating the POS, central panel, and PA systems to ensure smooth guest experiences. The position offers evening and night shifts, weekend availability, and a vibrant entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or hospitality experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette expected.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set a welcoming tone at entry and desk.
• Manage the waitlist and assist with lane and shoe assignments.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash handling procedures.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and assist guests with basic operations.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
