Lucky Strike Entertainment in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage the front counter. You will handle the waitlist, assign lanes and equipment, and process sales at the counter with attention to cash procedures.

The role requires strong telephone etiquette and reliability; you must be 18+ and eligible to serve alcohol where applicable. Evening and weekend availability is common.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsabilités

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Promptly notify mechanics of any malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
