Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Boothwyn, PA is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, answer phones, manage waitlists, and guide guests through the bowling experience with a welcoming touch.

You will operate the POS system, ring sales, and assist with basic bowling instructions while maintaining our cash-control procedures. Part-time evenings, weekends, and some night shifts are required; must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
