Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Philadelphia. You will warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane assignments and basic bowling guidance.

The role includes handling sales at the counter, maintaining cash controls, and reporting equipment issues. Applicants should have a HS diploma or equivalent hospitality experience, strong telephone etiquette, and be at least 18 by state law for alcohol service.

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience; excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track lane/shoe availability.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter.
• Follow cash control procedures and log transactions.
• Notify mechanics of any equipment malfunctions.
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests.
