Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Belleville, NJ is hiring a Greeter/Desk Attendant to create a welcoming entry experience for guests and manage front-desk operations at our bowling and entertainment location.

The role involves greeting guests, answering phones, handling the waitlist, processing sales at the counter, and coordinating with lanes and equipment. A positive attitude and solid customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
