Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Somerville, MA is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for a part-time evening/weekend role. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, and help with lane assignments and equipment at the front desk.

Provide excellent customer service, handle telephone inquiries, and operate the POS system. A HS diploma or hospitality experience is helpful, and eligibility to serve alcohol is required by state law. Perks include staff discounts and bowling benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Proven success in school or previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette is required.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone and manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales; follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instructions.
• Operate POS system and central panel.
