Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Torrance, CA. You will warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists, allocate lanes, shoes and equipment, and assist with basic bowling instruction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and on the phone
• Manage the waitlist and seat guests efficiently
• Track bowling lane availability and assign lanes/shoes/equipment
• Prepare for leagues and events
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of equipment malfunctions
• Assist guests with basic bowling instructions
• Operate POS system and related equipment
