Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Los Angeles to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with basic bowling operations. You will handle lane assignments, sales at the counter, and cash control procedures with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

The role involves operating the POS system, assisting guests with league preparations, and reporting equipment issues while providing clear bowling instruction as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
