Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide seamless registration, arrival, and departure handling.
• Maintain knowledge of property and local attractions to advise guests.
• Coordinate with Customer Care for future reservations and assist walk-ins.
• Address guest requests and communicate with other departments as needed.
• Offer bell assistance on departure and support Rooms Control when required.
• Follow all property protocols, including sanitization and safety guidelines.
