Job summary

Hard Rock International in Atlantic City seeks a VIP Services professional to oversee daily VIP operations and assist in VIP check-in. You will ensure top-tier guest experiences, guide staff, and manage reports on events and arrivals to maintain the property’s standards.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or casino guest services.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain poise under pressure.

Responsibilities

Direct daily VIP Services operations.
Coordinate VIP arrivals/departures and play evaluation.
Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure quality of all products provided to guests.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Develop staff knowledge through training.
Run and maintain reports related to occupancy, suites, transportation, and events.
Support entertainment-related ticketing and box office coordination.
