Job summary

Hard Rock International's Soundwaves venue in Atlantic City is seeking an Event Guest Services Representative. You will greet guests, scan tickets or escort to seats, and ensure a memorable event experience while upholding safety and house policies.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service, with availability for nights and weekends when shows are scheduled. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering world-class hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to stand entire shift and walk up and down bleacher steps.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests for events and scan tickets and/or escort guests to their seats.
• Acknowledge guest issues and report to Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment while following HR policies.
• Demonstrate responsible gaming and alcohol service.
• Notify managers of any safety, ethical or legal concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
