Job summary

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia is looking for a Guest Experience Host - Admissions to greet families with energy and LEGO magic. You’ll be the face of the fun, guiding guests from entry to the attractions and helping ensure a smooth, memorable visit.

You’ll help manage queues, keep public areas clean, and support opening and closing procedures. A friendly, energetic personality, strong communication, and 6–12 months in customer service are a magical bonus. Weekday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Weekday availability (9am - 5pm) preferred!

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Fun—Welcome guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile while bringing Merlin's values to life in every interaction.
• Create Awesome Memories—Turn ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences by engaging with guests and spreading LEGO magic throughout the attraction.
• Keep the Adventure Flowing—Help manage attractions and queues so guests can spend less time waiting and more time having fun.
• Make It Shine—Keep our attraction looking amazing by ensuring public areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Power the Magic Behind the Scenes—Support opening and closing procedures and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
