LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus is seeking a Guest Experience Host (Operations) to welcome families with energy and a positive attitude. You will engage guests, assist with operations, and help ensure safety and smooth flow throughout the attraction.

Ideal candidates bring 6–12 months in attractions or customer service, a friendly, proactive demeanor, strong communication, and a willingness to work 2 weekdays plus 1 weekend day each week to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Engage with guests throughout the attraction.
• Assist with attraction operations and guest flow.
• Help manage queues and maintain a safe environment for everyone.
• Ensure guest areas are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for fun.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures; keep the attraction running smoothly.
