Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus !
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Fun: Welcome guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a big smile while bringing Merlin’s values to life in every interaction.
• Create Awesome Memories: Turn ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences by engaging with guests and spreading LEGO magic throughout the attraction.
• Keep the Adventure Flowing: Help manage attractions and queues so guests can spend less time waiting and more time having fun.
• Make It Shine: Keep our attraction looking amazing by ensuring public areas are clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Power the Magic Behind the Scenes: Support opening and closing procedures and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
