Job summary

IHOP is hiring team members to greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a cheerful dining experience. You will take to-go orders, handle cash and maintain accurate register readings while upholding IHOP standards.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You will help keep restrooms clean, participate in cleaning duties, and support the team to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos.
• Ability to read and speak English to understand guest checks and communicate with others.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Successfully complete IHOP training course work.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Handle guest remittance and take To Go orders.
• Maintain cash handling and register readings.
• Check restrooms for cleanliness and stock every 30 minutes.
• Clear, clean and reset tables, chairs and floors after guests leave.
• Comply with uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
