Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them, and escort them to tables.
• Provide menu recommendations and additional information.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Take orders using software, order slips, or by memorization.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
• Clean and maintain the appearance of tables and tableware.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
