TOCA Soccer in West Cobb, GA is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to be the face of TOCA — delivering memorable 10/10 guest experiences, greeting guests warmly, and keeping energy high.

You’ll split your time between front-desk duties, concessions when needed, and supporting events and sign-ups, with shifts evenings and weekends; you’ll build strong customer relationships and help maintain a clean, organized space.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience Hero: greet, answer questions, handle feedback with care, assist in concessions.

• Admin But Make It Snappy: manage waivers, payments and basic reports.
