Responsibilities
- Guest Experience Hero: greet guests, answer questions, resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Operations Guru: keep space clean and stocked, assist with scheduling and events, front desk ownership.
- Admin: handle waivers, payments, and basic reporting.
- Training & Growth: learn the TOCA way and develop professionally.
