Job summary

Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra in Honolulu is seeking a Front Office Heartist to provide exceptional guest service and ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences. This role focuses on greeting guests, handling registrations, and addressing guest inquiries with courtesy.

You will be part of a team dedicated to hospitality excellence, working on-site with opportunities for growth within Accor's network. Competitive hourly pay and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Previous customer experience and ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and composure in difficult situations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests, maintains guest accounts by posting charges/payments; assists in verifying/settling accounts at checkout or any time during guest stay; provides prompt and courteous service to meet high standards of service.
• Accurately completing the registration process for our guests from the start of their stay until the end to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assists guests’ inquiries/requests and respond with the appropriate response and/or action necessary.
