Job summary

Courtyard New York Manhattan / Times Square is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins, and ensure a smooth arrival experience in a fast-paced Midtown setting.

You’ll handle reservations, coordinate with teams, and provide polished service with a friendly, can-do attitude. Prior hotel experience and familiarity with hotel software are a plus; daily pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
