Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Greeter/Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment setup in a vibrant entertainment venue.

You will ring sales, operate the POS and central panel, help prepare for leagues, and provide basic bowling instructions while maintaining cash control procedures. Applicants must be 18+ and exhibit a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent in hospitality (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
