Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and oversee lane assignments with a friendly, proactive approach.

You will handle sales at the counter, operate the POS and PA systems, and assist with leagues. This role requires reliable availability for evenings and weekends and being at least 18 years old per state laws.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol per state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone and manage the waitlist.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring up sales at the counter.
• Notify mechanics of any equipment malfunctions and log issues.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and operate the POS system and public address system.
