Lucky Strike Entertainment in Raleigh is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests and set the tone at our lanes and counter. You will manage wait lists, assist with lane assignments, and ring up sales while upholding cash controls.

The role requires friendly communication, a can-do attitude, and availability for evenings and weekends. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18.

Formación

• Excellent telephone etiquette and welcoming attitude.
• Proven customer service and teamwork skills.
• Experience in hospitality or food/beverage environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system

Educación

HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience
