Lucky Strike Entertainment in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane assignments. The role requires friendly in-person and phone interactions and basic POS duties.

You will ring sales, operate the central panel, and help guests with basic bowling instructions while maintaining cash control procedures. Evening and night shifts are typical, with a vibrant team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Telephone etiquette demonstrated in prior roles.
• Proven customer service experience in fast-paced settings.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track lane availability.
• Assign lanes, shoes, and equipment; prepare for leagues.
