Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Centereach, NY is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales, and help with basic bowling instruction. You’ll be the first impression, setting a welcoming tone in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Part-time evening and weekend shifts are available. Applicants must be 18+ and able to operate the POS, central panel, and related equipment; great communication and guest-service skills help earn rewards like

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
