Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Mineola, NY is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with basic bowling instructions. You will ring sales, operate the POS and front desk systems, and help guests with questions in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

The role is part-time with evening and weekend shifts. Applicants should be 17+ and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication are essential.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the front desk and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and assist with lane and shoe assignments.
• Ring sales and handle cash transactions according to procedures.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and assist guests as needed.
