Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You are tech-savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests!

You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest's interests and needs. Daily duties include monitoring multiple attractions to keep them stocked, clean, and safe; providing exceptional service; assisting with point redemption; performing minor

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong guest-service mindset and smile.
• Comfort with using technology and learning new systems.
• Ability to work with a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities across Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to keep them stocked, clean, and safe.
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure games and Winner's Choice are clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear-and-tear or damage to games/equipment to the Technical Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards and be an ambassador of FUN!
• Assist with opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
