Job summary

Main Event Entertainment helps guests create FUN memories on the games floor with attentive service and expert knowledge of our entertainment options. You will monitor activities, stock and maintain games, and assist with questions on point redemption, adding memorable experiences.

As a Games Attendant, you’ll work with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear, perform minor repairs, and uphold safety standards while welcoming guests as a FUN ambassador.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and willingness to learn new things.
• Able to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities to ensure games are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment to the Technical Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with all guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
