Main Event seeks enthusiastic Games Attendants to keep our games floor vibrant and safe. You’ll be the friendly face guiding Guests through a range of attractions, recommend experiences, and help redeem prizes while maintaining top safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with technology, eager to learn, and able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends. Join a team focused on FUN, memorable moments, and guest satisfaction across our centers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and passion for guest satisfaction.
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn.
• Teamwork is essential for success.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, team, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitor activities like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe.
• Create memorable experiences by delivering exceptional service.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Report wear-and-tear or damage to games to the Technical Team.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
