Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You will be tech-savvy, outgoing and dedicated to creating FUN memories while ensuring safety and sanitation.

You will engage Guests, monitor attractions, and provide excellent service and prize redemption guidance. Responsibilities include keeping games clean and stocked, assisting with questions, and reporting wear and tear to the Technical Team.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Customer-focused mindset and friendly attitude.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Able to work collaboratively with a team and management.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming Guests and promoting FUN experiences.
• Monitor activities to ensure safety and proper operation of attractions.
• Provide exceptional service and memorable experiences.
• Assist Guests with questions on prizes and point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and equipment.
• Report wear and damage to the Technical Team.
